The accommodation was air-conditioned, which was a blessing in the heat, and I appreciated the availability of free WiFi throughout the hotel for sharing my travel snaps. I was hoping for a bit more from the housekeeping department - having a shared kitchen was a nice touch, but there didn't seem to be enough attention paid to cleanliness, which took away from the overall experience. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, speaking both English and Hindi, which made for easy communication. Ultimately, while Townhouse De Alphabet had some redeeming features, my fellow travelers and I would have loved a bit more attention to detail, especially with cleanliness, to elevate our stay.
